The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps is the Navy’s youth development program.
William E. Taylor Division is a unit of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC), based out of New Castle, Delaware and recruiting from Delaware, Southeast Pennsylvania, South New Jersey, and Eastern Maryland.
We give young Americans skills, knowledge, and confidence through an amazing variety of training opportunities. Sea Cadets wear uniforms, work as teams in a disciplined environment, and adhere to our core values of honor, respect, commitment, and service. The Sea Cadets program instills values of discipline, accountability, and teamwork in a safe environment. We give cadets a chance to step outside of their comfort zones with dynamic challenges. We help our cadets thrive with humility and confidence.
