April 05, 2025 Update Action: The black long sleeve shirt will be removed as a winter dress shirt for NLCC cadets. Cadets will utilize the short sleeve white shirt year round. For colder weather, cadets are approved to wear the cold weather parka with the approved Sea Cadet marking with their dress uniforms.
April 05, 2025 Update Action: The neck tab and necktie are no longer authorized for NLCC cadets and are removed from the uniform requirements, along with any accessory items attached to neck tabs/ties. The top button of the shirt remains unbuttoned with a white undershirt beneath it. (The white undershirt is now mandatory and is no longer optional.)
