B. Information Handled by Third-Party Platforms To ensure the highest level of security and compliance, our website relies on specialized third-party platforms to handle sensitive data. We do not collect or store applications, enrollment data, or financial information directly on our website servers.

  • Enrollment and Member Management (Quarterdeck): All official cadet applications, medical forms, volunteer background checks, and member management are processed exclusively through Quarterdeck, the official portal of the USNSCC. When you make a payment, Zeffy collects your financial and billing information. We receive reporting data (such as your name, contact info, and donation amount) to acknowledge your gift, but we never have access to your full credit card or bank account numbers.

  • Any youth interested in joining the Sea Cadets must have a parent or guardian submit inquiries on their behalf.

  • Official enrollment information for minors is handled strictly through the secure Quarterdeck system by parents or guardians, in compliance with federal youth privacy standards. If we learn we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child under 13 on this site, we will promptly delete it.
